Hi, I’m Nathan Victor. I started my career with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and quickly specialized in data analytics to solve complex operational challenges. After helping several firms streamline processes — saving hundreds of hours per month — I decided to go independent to expand my services to legal, tax, and other industries.

Today, I help firms reduce administrative overhead, unlock actionable insights from their data, and maximize the value of existing software. By automating workflows, improving visibility, and cutting redundant processes, I enable teams to focus on high-value work instead of manual tasks.

I work directly with firm leaders to identify bottlenecks, implement practical solutions, and deliver measurable results — all without the overhead of hiring a full process improvement and analytics team.

Outside of work, you can usually find me climbing indoors, spending time with family and friends, and doing random hobbies like guitar.
