Hi, I’m Nathan Victor, founder of Paxros.

I began my career with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and quickly specialized in data analytics and process improvement, working on complex operational challenges across healthcare, tax, legal, and other industries.

After helping multiple firms streamline workflows and eliminate hundreds of hours of manual work each month, I built Paxros to bring that same level of operational rigor to other industries.

Today, my team and I help firms reduce administrative overhead, unlock actionable insights from their data, and maximize the value of the software they already pay for. We do this by automating workflows, improving visibility through dashboards and analytics, and removing redundant processes that slow teams down.

I work closely with firm leadership to identify bottlenecks and design practical solutions, while our delivery team handles implementation, optimization, and ongoing support. This allows firms to get the impact of a full process improvement and analytics function — without the cost, risk, or overhead of building one internally.
